Pr\u00f3b\u00e1lj\u00e1tok ki ti is!<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Sajtos kifli<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Hozz\u00e1val\u00f3k 64 darabhoz:<\/strong> 500 g finomliszt, 500 g r\u00e9tesliszt, 500 ml tej, 70 g friss \u00e9leszt\u0151, 2 tk. cukor, 1 ek. s\u00f3, 200 ml napraforg\u00f3 olaj, kb. 200 g zs\u00edros f\u00e9lkem\u00e9ny sajt, a ken\u00e9shez 1 toj\u00e1s, a tetej\u00e9re tetsz\u00e9s szerint m\u00e1k, szez\u00e1mmag, lenmag stb.<\/p>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/tavolainpiazza.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2014\/06\/DSC_0131.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2148\" src=\"https:\/\/tavolainpiazza.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2014\/06\/DSC_0131.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0131\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1322\" \/><\/a>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Az olajat a tejjel, a cukorral \u00e9s a s\u00f3val langyosra meleg\u00edtj\u00fck, majd belemorzsoljuk az \u00e9leszt\u0151t, \u00e9s 10 percig \u00e1llni hagyjuk.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A liszteket dagaszt\u00f3g\u00e9p t\u00e1lj\u00e1ba szit\u00e1ljuk, \u00e9s az olajos tejben felfutott \u00e9leszt\u0151t lassan hozz\u00e1\u00f6ntve puha, ruganyos t\u00e9szt\u00e1t dagasztunk. Letakarjuk, szobah\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kleten dupl\u00e1j\u00e1ra kelesztj\u00fck.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">K\u00f6zben a sajtot 64 kb. 1x1 cm-es kock\u00e1ra v\u00e1gjuk. A toj\u00e1st felverj\u00fck.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A t\u00e9szt\u00e1t ezut\u00e1n alaposan \u00e1tgy\u00farjuk, n\u00e9gy egyenl\u0151 nagys\u00e1g\u00fa darabra osztjuk.\u00a0Minden darabb\u00f3l gomb\u00f3cot form\u00e1lunk, a gomb\u00f3cokat pedig\u00a0f\u00e9l cm vastagra ny\u00fajtjuk. A k\u00f6r alak\u00fa t\u00e9sztalapokat\u00a0tizenhat cikkre v\u00e1gjuk.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A kapott h\u00e1romsz\u00f6gek sz\u00e9lesebb v\u00e9g\u00e9re egy-egy sajtkock\u00e1t helyez\u00fcnk, feltekerj\u00fck, \u00e9s kiss\u00e9 meghajl\u00edtjuk.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A kiflicsk\u00e9ket s\u00fct\u0151pap\u00edrral kib\u00e9lelt tepsire rakjuk, m\u00e9g 20 percig kelesztj\u00fck, majd megkenj\u00fck a felvert toj\u00e1ssal, megsz\u00f3rjuk a magokkal, \u00e9s 180 \u00b0C-ra el\u0151meleg\u00edtett s\u00fct\u0151ben kb. 25 perc alatt aranybarn\u00e1ra s\u00fctj\u00fck.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Kifli al formaggio ungheresi<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Ingredienti per circa 64 pz:<\/strong> 1000 g di farina 00 (oppure \u00a0500 g di farina 00 e 500 g di semola rimacinata di grano duro, 500 ml di latte, 70 g di lievito di birra, 2 cc di zucchero, 1 Cc di sale fino, 200 ml di olio di semi di girasole, circa 200 g di Montasio, 1 uovo, semi di lino, sesamo o papavero<\/p>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/tavolainpiazza.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2014\/06\/DSC_0143.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2146\" src=\"https:\/\/tavolainpiazza.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2014\/06\/DSC_0143.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0143\" width=\"1367\" height=\"2048\" \/><\/a>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In una casseruola fate intiepidire il latte insieme all\u2019olio, sale e zucchero. Unitevi il lievito sbriciolato e lasciate il tutto a riposare per 10 minuti.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Versate le farine nel contenitore dell\u2019impastatrice, aggiungete il latte-olio-lievito riscaldati ed impastate il tutto per circa 5 minuti. Mettete l\u2019impasto in una ciotola copritelo con un canovaccio e lasciatelo a raddoppiarsi a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Intanto tagliate il formaggio a 64 cubetti piccoli ed in una ciotola sbattete l\u2019uovo.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prendete l\u2019impasto ormai raddoppiato di volume lavoratelo per bene e dividetelo in quattro parti uguali. Con l\u2019aiuto di un matterello stendetele ad uno spessore di circa 0,5 cm e dividete i cerchi ottenuti in 16 spicchi.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mettete un cubetto di formaggio sulla parte pi\u00f9 larga di ogni spicchio, infine arrotolate tutti.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Appoggiate i rotolini ben distanziati uno dall\u2019altro in una teglia foderata con la carta da forno e lasciateli a riposare per circa 20 minuti. Spalmate la superficie di ogni \u201ekifli\u201d con l\u2019uovo sbattuto, cospargeteli con i semi di lino\/papavero\/sesamo a piacere ed infornate a 180 \u00b0C per circa 25 minuti.<\/p>","type":"rich"}
