A tepsiben hagyjuk kih\u0171lni. <\/em><\/p><p align=\"center\"><em><\/em><img alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/tavolainpiazza.cafeblog.hu\/files\/2008\/11\/DSC_0443.jpg\" border=\"0\"><br><em><strong><span>Crostata meringata con le prugne<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p><p align=\"justify\">Ingredienti:<\/p><ul><li><div align=\"justify\">1,5 kg di prugne<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">2 uova + 5 albumi<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">1 limone<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">80 g di nocciole sgusciate<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">20 g di pinoli<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">50 g di noci<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">6 g di lievito per dolci<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">180 g di farina tipo \"00\"<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">100 g di burro morbido<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">100 g + 4 cucchiai di zucchero<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">300 g di zucchero a velo<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">3 cucchiai di rum<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">100 ml di latte<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">sale<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">1 cucchiaino di cannella<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">3 cucchiaini di mandorle affettate <\/div><\/li><\/ul><ol><li><div align=\"justify\">Mondate e lavate le prugne, asciugatele, tagliatele a met\u00e0 e privatele dai noccioli. <\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">Tritate finemente le noci, le nocciole e i pinoli e aggiungeteli insieme al lievito alla farina setacciata.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">Riscaldate il forno a 180 gradi.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">Con una frusta elettrica mescolate il burro con 100 g di zucchero. Aggiungete uno alla volta le uova, la buccia grattuggiata del limone, il rum, e alternando, il latte e la farina. Distribuite il composto in una teglia (30 x 40 cm) foderata con la carta da forno e mettetevi sopra le prugne tagliate a met\u00e0 (con la parte del nocciolo verso sopra). Cospargetele con 4 cucchiai di zucchero e cuocete nel forno preriscaldato a 180 gradi per circa 45 minuti.<\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">Nel frattempo preparate la meringa. Con una frusta elettrica montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale, unite 250 g di zucchero a velo e la cannella, montate ancora un po' e incorporate anche lo zucchero rimasto e il succo del limone. <\/div><\/li><li><div align=\"justify\">Mettete il composto in una tasca da pasticciere con bocchetta dentellata e quando la crostata sar\u00e0 cotta, copritela con la meringa e cospargetela con le mandorla affettate.
